By booking with Fuji Home Hibachi, customers agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Deposits

A deposit is required to secure all reservations. Deposits are applied toward the final balance.

Minimum Party Requirement

A minimum event total may apply for all hibachi parties and catering services.

Final Guest Count

Final guest count and entree selections should be submitted prior to the event date. Last-minute changes may not be guaranteed.

Setup Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Tables and chairs

  • A safe cooking area

  • Adequate outdoor or indoor space

  • Access to the event location

Our chefs bring the cooking equipment, food, and hibachi setup.

Indoor & Outdoor Cooking

Hibachi services may be performed outdoors or indoors, depending on space availability, ventilation, weather conditions, and property restrictions.

Condo / Shared Property Restrictions

Some condos, apartment complexes, shared community spaces, and rental properties may restrict hibachi cooking equipment. Customers are responsible for confirming permission before booking.

Travel Fees

Travel fees may apply depending on the event location.

Weather Policy

In cases of severe weather, unsafe conditions, or restrictions preventing setup, events may be rescheduled based on availability.

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Cash

  • Venmo

  • Zelle

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Other approved payment methods

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included unless otherwise stated.

Service Timing

Chefs typically arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to the scheduled event time for setup.

Liability

Fuji Home Hibachi is not responsible for damages, delays, or cancellations caused by weather, venue restrictions, accidents, power outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
